DigiMantra - Company Secretary

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
• Prepare, review, and file statutory documents with regulatory authorities such as MCA, SEBI, and stock exchanges.
• Organize and maintain minutes of Board meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and other corporate meetings.
• Liaise with regulators, auditors, and other statutory bodies as required.
• Maintain and update statutory registers and records.
• Support the management in corporate governance and secretarial audits.
• Assist in drafting legal and compliance-related documents and reports.
• Stay updated on changes in company law, regulations, and compliance Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI.
• Freshers with a strong academic record and / or candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
• Good understanding of corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and compliance management software is a plus
