We are currently hiring a Sales Coordinator (Female candidates only) for our Mumbai office. This is a full-time, entry-level role ideal for freshers who are eager to start their careers in sales coordination and support.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents
Handle and respond to customer communication via phone calls and emails
Follow up with clients regarding orders, queries, documentation, and service updates
Organize and maintain sales records, customer data, and paperwork
Perform accurate data entry and manage records in Excel and internal systems
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
Support day-to-day administrative and back-office tasks related to the sales department
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred)
Good communication skills in English
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Mail
Ability to learn basic technical details about products
Highly organized, with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and within a team
Prior internship or experience in a sales support role is a plus but not required
