Job Summary :
Sales Manger - The Front Line Sales Executive will be responsible for driving insurance sales through both Banca (bank channels. This includes relationship management, lead generation, product promotion, and achieving business targets by leveraging the partner network.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and manage strong relationships with bank staff, representatives to ensure consistent business flow.
Work from bank branches to generate leads and close insurance sales.
Achieve assigned sales and activity targets through branches
Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines in all processes.
Maintain accurate MIS and daily sales reports.
Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria :
Education : Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
Experience : Exp min 1 year in Experience in insurance
Key Skills Required :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Result-oriented approach with a passion for sales
Good understanding of insurance / financial products
Relationship-building and training capabilities
Self-motivated with time management skills
CTC - 2.20 LPA to 3.5 LPA ( salary will depend on interview)
