(Urgent Search) Head of Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy, delivering growth across awareness, acquisition, and retention.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital channels including search, social, programmatic, affiliates, and app marketing.
• Implement MMM, MTA, and attribution models to guide budget allocation and measure impact.
• Optimize the customer funnel by identifying drop-off points and running targeted experiments to improve conversion rates across awareness, consideration, and purchase.
• Collaborate with Product, Category Marketing, and Sales teams to align performance initiatives with business priorities.
• Partner with analytics teams to translate consumer and channel data into actionable growth strategies.
• Build and mentor a specialist performance marketing team, driving agility, innovation, and accountability.
