Job descriptionSingle-Point-of-Contact for assigned marketplace Implement marketing strategies, promotional campaigns and activities to drive sales within given guidelines. Prepare sales forecast and own the sales targets Ensuring brand guidelines are maintained Improvise or develop internal SOPs to meet marketplace compliance requirements. Coordinate with internal team heads to achieve success on the marketplace covering but not limited to Resolve any escalations and challenges with the marketplace Liaise with finance team and reconcile payments Review processes and procedures followed and make recommendations based on learnings Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 2- 5 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management, Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting. Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
