Key Responsibilities :

Team Oversight : Lead and coordinate a team of system engineers responsible for AWS infrastructure and CI / CD tooling.

Infrastructure Management : Guide the team in provisioning and managing infrastructure using AWS, EKS, and Terraform.

CI / CD & Agile Support : Oversee CI / CD workflows implemented via Azure DevOps and contribute to Agile practices.

Process & Quality : Promote shift-left practices with early testing, security integration, and IaC reviews.

DevSecOps Alignment : Advocate for secure development practices using industry-standard DevSecOps tools and processes.

Collaboration : Liaise with development and QA teams to ensure platform alignment and timely infrastructure delivery.

Required Skills :

9 to 12 years of experience in infrastructure engineering or DevOps roles

Proven familiarity with AWS, EKS, Terraform

Experience in managing or coordinating technical teams

Minimum experience of 2-3 years in DevSecOps, IaC, security scanning, policy-as-code, and shift-left testing strategies.

Hands-on exposure to Azure DevOps for CI / CD and Agile boards

Familiarity with Helm, Kubernetes, container orchestration, and GitOps principles

Preferred Traits :

Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills

Ability to balance delivery timelines with infrastructure best practices

Comfortable with high-level architecture discussions and detailed technical reviews
