B. Job ObjectiveTo expand and develop Sales network finding new markets & opportunities including worksites to position life insurance products for Corporates & Individuals. C. Key responsibilities Accountabilities Business Outcomes. Develop and execute LI business strategies to achieve sales, revenue and profitability.. Drive growth through multi-channel distribution& ensure achievement of productivity target.. Developing and implementing strategy, campaigns for business expansion.. Provide Insurance products and services across targeted regions.. Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, distributors, and key stakeholders.. Monitor business performance through KPIs and take corrective actions where required.. Customer engagement initiative for their retention & upselling'. Liaisoning with Insurance companies & Industry . Managing operations, Training Team, utilizing budgets, controlling expenses.. Fostering Team building and engagements through training, coaching, Mentoring.. Ensuring quality of business and regulatory compliance. D. Minimum RequirementsQualification MBA Graduate or career life insurer with strong industry exposure in distribution developmentExperience Minimum 12 years of experience in Life insurance sectorCertification / Knowledge IRDA certified / BQPE. Skills / Competencies. Strong Knowledge of Life Insurance products-Individual & Corporates.. Expertise in sales strategy, channel development / engagement and business growth.. Familiarity with technology & digital platforms. . Strong Presentation skills & exposure.F. Desirable : experience of working in different geographies
