Job Description :

We are looking for a Senior SDET with strong hands-on development and automation testing experience to design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in WebdriverIO and Playwright , along with a solid understanding of modern software development practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using WebdriverIO and Playwright .
Collaborate closely with developers and QA teams to define test strategies and ensure product quality.
Build and maintain CI / CD integration for automated testing pipelines.
Perform both functional and non-functional testing for web applications.
Identify, debug, and document software defects with detailed analysis.
Contribute to code reviews, improve automation standards, and mentor junior testers.

Required Skills & Experience :

Strong hands-on development experience in JavaScript / TypeScript .

Proven expertise in WebdriverIO and Playwright automation frameworks.

Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools).

Good understanding of CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).

Experience with BDD / TDD frameworks (Cucumber, Mocha, Jest).

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Excellent analytical and debugging skills.

Good to Have :

Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).

Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Exposure to performance testing tools.

Education :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
