Generative AI Engineer

About Position :

We are hiring a GenAI Engineer who can code, build, and deploy production-ready AI solutions. The ideal candidate is hands-on with Python, LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), and has experience in creating reusable agentic components. You’ll work on integrating both OpenAI and open-source LLMs into scalable, cloud-based solutions that deliver real business value.

What You'll Do :

Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered applications and agents for automation and workflow optimization.

Develop reusable agentic components aligned with our tech stack.

Work hands-, LangChain, and LlamaIndex, CrewAi.

Leverage OpenAI APIs and open-source LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Gemini, etc.).

Prepare and process structured / unstructured datasets for fine-tuning or training models.

Deploy scalable solutions on cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and manage the lifecycle with MLOps best practices.

Stay up to date with the latest GenAI / LLM advancements and apply them to real-world problems.

Expertise You’ll Bring :

5–10 years total experience, with 4+ years in NLP / LLMs.

Strong Python coding skills (must be hands-on).

Proven experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and other agentic frameworks.

Ability to design reusable, production-grade AI components.

Practical experience with both proprietary (OpenAI) and open-source LLMs.

Experience deploying solutions on Azure (preferred) or other major cloud platforms.

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on building, not theory....
