This is a remote position.
We are hiring Customer Care Executives (Freshers) to handle customer queries and provide assistance through phone calls, emails, or chat. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude toward customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Provide information about products or services.
Resolve customer queries or escalate issues to the concerned department.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
Achieve daily or weekly call and quality targets.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Good verbal and written communication (Hindi / English).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).
Patience and good listening skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a team environment.
