Position overview
Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Contract & Governance Manager is responsible for supporting TELUS Digital’s established governance processes and managing the documentation of all activities related to the contract process.
This includes executing governance procedures for pricing, deal approvals, and ensuring effective contractual document control on behalf of TELUS Digital and our valued clients.
You will work closely with subject matter experts from Commercial teams, the Global Solutions Development team, Legal, Operations, Risk, Regulatory, and Tax to review and document TELUS Digital provisions within Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, and other contractual documents, particularly for customer contact center support and technology transactions.
This role is integral to orchestrating collaboration across multiple teams to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality deliverables that support global business growth.
Responsibilities :
- Execute governance and approval processes for pricing, deal structure, and bid management in line with TELUS Digital standards.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of contractual documents, maintaining strict version control, formatting consistency, and secure storage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts to review and document provisions in Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, and other contractual documents.
- Facilitate the documentation of commercial, legal, regulatory, and operational requirements in customer contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Track and coordinate contributions from multiple stakeholders to meet client timelines, ensuring a seamless delivery process.
- Lead bid governance activities, capturing decisions, approvals, and outcomes according to established thresholds.
- Act as a liaison between commercial teams, risk and compliance stakeholders, and operational leaders to safeguard contractual quality and adherence.
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration, document management, bid governance, or equivalent.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Docs / GSuite with strong document formatting and version control skills.Proven experience in technical or legal writing, producing accurate and comprehensible contractual documentation.Strong facilitation and stakeholder management experience in global, cross-functional environments.Basic understanding of project management practices.Experience in supporting governance processes for bid and deal approvals.Familiarity with customer experience, trust & safety, and / or digital business operations is preferred.Degree in Communication, Business, or Legal disciplines is advantageous.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German or Mandarin is an asset.Availability to work local night or overnight hours in the Philippines or India to align with U.S. working hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET; UTC -5 : 00 in autumn / winter, UTC -4 : 00 in spring / summer).
