Role description
About The Role
He / She will be responsible for end to end manage the merchant experience by driving various process improvement initiatives, automation of manual processes.
Manage BAU activities for UPI and Internet Banking Shopping Mall business - Queries, monitoring recon and settlement, merchant on boarding etc.
Key Responsibilities
Will be responsible for driving Process automations and improvements in order to reduce manual process
Ensuring timely, error free and efficient process implementation and execution
Will be responsible for ensuring all processes are duly approved by relevant stakeholders
Will be responsible to track and monitor processes, ensure processes are adhered, publish relevant trackers to Senior Management
Qualifications and Experience
Graduate / Post graduate with relevant 5 to 6 years' experience
Prior experience in Payments and Merchant Acquiring business, service profile will be preferred
Role Proficiencies

Self driven - Capable to manage projects independently
Ensuring optimal and timely execution of projects
Driving adoption of Automated processes
Project Management and understanding of Bank's policies and processes
