Senior Digital Marketer

Job description4–8 years of experience in digital marketing. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools A good grasp of content strategy, customer funnels, and performance metrics. Creative mindset + analytical thinking. Self-starter with strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude. Flexible hybrid work model (Bangalore-based, with 2–3 days / week in office). An opportunity to take ownership and build marketing strategies from the ground up. A collaborative, inclusive team environment with room to grow. Open culture, flat hierarchy.

What you'll be doing :
- Plan and run performance marketing campaigns across channels (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Manage and grow our online presence — from social media to email marketing.
- Work on SEO / SEM strategies to improve traffic and visibility.
- Collaborate with designers and content folks to roll out engaging creatives and copy.
- Track campaign performance, analyze data, and keep optimizing.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in the digital marketing space.
