RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.​

Utilize various channels to proactively source and engage with potential candidates.​

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information.​

Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.​

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.​

0-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.​

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.​

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Passion for human capital and understanding of people behavior.

Prior experience in technical recruitment, especially in the aerospace or engineering sectors.​

Familiarity with social media recruiting and employer branding strategies.​

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.​

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.​
