BLook

is India’s first hyperlocal platform that helps spaces earn, brands advertise smarter, and consumers enjoy rewards.

We enable brands to advertise inside societies, shops, gyms, cafés, salons and other community spaces — transforming every physical space into an advertising opportunity.

About the Role

We’re looking for dynamic, street-smart Sales Executives who can sell the concept of space monetisation to space owners and advertisers.

This is a 100% field role — ideal for those who love meeting people, explaining new ideas, and closing deals.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

Pitch BLook’s advertising & branding solutions to societies, shop owners, cafés, and local businesses.
Educate stakeholders about how their spaces can earn through advertising.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through on-ground activities.
Plan & execute campaigns like kiosks, leaflets, standees, lift branding, etc.
Report daily visits, conversions, and feedback to your city sales manager.

Who Can Apply

0–3 years’ experience in field sales / B2B / advertising / activation.

Freshers with strong communication & convincing skills are welcome.

Should be comfortable travelling locally (2-wheeler preferred).

Must be proactive, persuasive, and passionate about earning through performance.
