Role Overview
We are looking for an MBA-qualified professional with a strong background in the banking sector to lead and expand our institutional partnerships. The ideal candidate is confident, articulate, and skilled in building long-term relationships with banks and NBFCs. This role involves driving tie-ups, managing agreements, and strengthening Upmint’s presence across the financial ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to establish partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions.
- Lead end-to-end tie-up processes, including presentations, negotiations, and agreement finalization.
- Represent Upmint Solutions in meetings, partner discussions, and industry interactions.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders at FIPs and FIUs.
- Ensure all activities comply with RBI Account Aggregator guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding, integration, and service delivery.
- Track partnership performance and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
MBA in Marketing, Finance, or related field.Minimum 4 years of experience in the banking or financial services sector.Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.Professional, confident, and well-presented personality suitable for high-level client interactions.Understanding of the Account Aggregator framework (preferred).What We Offer
