Job description

We are seeking energetic and results-driven E-commerce Executive to drive sales and growth for our diverse portfolio of brands, including Infant Nutrition, General Nutrition, Bread, Biscuits, and Coffee.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive revenue and P&L for e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms like Instamart, Blinkit and Zepto.
  • Manage primary and secondary sales, demand planning, promotions, marketing budgets, and platform operations.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies that balance topline scale with bottom-line profitability.
  • Identify and implement new marketplace growth levers to scale the brand footprint.
  • Collaborate with platform account managers, manage budgets, increase marketing visibility, and plan campaigns.
  • Lead strategic projects to expand brand presence across e-commerce platforms.

Qualifications :

  • MBA / B.Tech
  • 4–6 years of professional experience; experience in startups or growth-focused roles is a plus.
  • Candidates with experience in sales, key account management within FMCG / D2C brands are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong ownership mindset, curiosity to learn e-commerce, and the ability to execute swiftly.
  • Skills :

    D2C, budget management, modern trade, growth strategies, Amazon, sales, e-commerce, platform operations, demand planning, promotions, marketing spend management, campaign planning, key account management.
