Public Relations Officer (PRO) for Parul Ayurved Hospital
- External Communication and Brand Management
- Promotional Campaigns : Planning and executing PR and marketing initiatives to promote the hospital’s Ayurvedic treatments and services such as Panchakarma, Yoga, and Diet Counseling, as well as highlighting achievements and health camps.
- Community Outreach : Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with the local community to enhance the hospital’s public image.
- Stakeholder Liaison : Building and maintaining effective communication with external agencies, government health departments (including AYUSH bodies), referring doctors, and potential partners.
2 .Patient and Internal Relations
Patient Assistance : Supporting patients and their families with non-clinical queries, concerns, and complaints; guiding them through admission, treatment, and discharge processes to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.Information Flow : Facilitating effective communication within the hospital and between medical professionals and patients to ensure clarity and transparency.Patient Education : Preparing educational materials and providing information to patients regarding health conditions, lifestyle changes, and the benefits and procedures of Ayurvedic treatments.hrap7@paruluniversity.ac.in
