Role Summary

For semisynthetic projects

Key Responsibilities

• He / she will be responsible for synthesis of intermediates for peptide API products by solution phase
• Good knowledge on reaction mechanisms, by-product formation, impurity profiling, synthesis, purification, and characterization
• Good understanding on various purification technologies like Gravity column chromatography, Fractional distillation, Crystallization
• Good documentation skills as per lab GMP practices. Understand and follow current Good manufacturing Practices
• Good knowledge on different types of Hydrogenation and complex reactions
• Interfacing with analytical and adequate knowledge on spectroscopic techniques (by LC-MS / MS, NMR etc.,)
• Good knowledge on IP , Regulatory aspects of API's
• Should be able to maintain laboratory inventory
• Ensuring individual safety and lab safety
• Should be able to scaleup and bring robustness to the developed process

Educational Qualifications

Required Education Qualification :

Required Experience : 2 - 7 years
