Job descriptionDevelop and execute marketing strategies for all products and the overall brand. Lead and mentor a team of marketing associates in India. Drive revenue-focused marketing initiatives including demand generation, pipeline growth, and retention campaigns. Oversee brand building, storytelling, and positioning across digital, events, and PR. Collaborate with leadership to align marketing plans with company goals. Manage and coordinate with external marketing firms and PR agencies for impactful campaigns. Establish and track KPIs to measure performance and optimize strategy. 3+ years of progressive marketing experience with at least 1+ years in a leadership role. Proven success in developing and scaling marketing strategies across multiple products or brands. Strong background in lead generation, digital marketing, and brand management. Experience managing and mentoring marketing teams. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and external partners. Excellent communication, storytelling, and analytical skills. This is a high-impact leadership position where you will collaborate directly with company leadership and external partners, including PR and marketing agencies, to deliver world-class campaigns.
