Job Description :

We are seeking Power Platform Specialists for a 3-month offshore contract role. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, with hands-on experience building solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages. You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, delivering user-centric, scalable applications and automations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and deploy applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven).
  • Create and manage Power Automate workflows, including cloud flows, approvals, and scheduled tasks.
  • Build secure and user-friendly web portals using Power Pages, including multi-step forms and SharePoint / Dataverse integration.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint Lists, Document Libraries, and manage permissions.
  • Ensure responsive and accessible design using Bootstrap / CSS across Power Pages and Power Apps.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with external APIs (REST / SOAP), SharePoint, SQL Server, and enterprise systems like Oracle / SAP.
  • Configure custom connectors and Dataverse tables / relationships for complex data models.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery aligned with business needs and timelines.

Required Technical Skills :

1. Platform Expertise :

  • Power Apps : Canvas & Model-driven
  • Power Automate : Cloud Flows, Scheduled Flows, Approvals
  • Power Pages : Multi-step Forms, Authentication, SharePoint / Dataverse Integration
  • SharePoint : Lists, Libraries, Permissions Management

    • 2. Languages & Development :

  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript (for Power Pages and SharePoint customization)
  • Power Fx (for Canvas Apps)
  • JSON (for control configurations, environment variables)

    • 3. UI / UX Skills :

  • Form layout and UX design in Power Pages & Power Apps
  • Responsive design implementation using CSS / Bootstrap
  • Creation of accessible and intuitive user journeys

    • 4. APIs & Data Integration :

  • Building and managing Dataverse custom tables
  • REST / SOAP API integration via Power Automate
  • Development and use of Custom Connectors
  • Integration with SharePoint, SQL Server, and enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)

    • Additional Information :

  • Must be available for immediate onboarding.
  • Must be willing to align work hours with the customer's schedule / time zone.
