Business excellence

This role focuses on optimizing business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM). Experience in Process improvement, Making Policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities :

Process Improvement & Optimization :

Design and implement strategies to streamline operations and eliminate inefficiencies.

Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to improve workflows and reduce waste.

Continuous Improvement Leadership :

Lead cross-functional improvement projects and Kaizen events.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement across all departments.

Performance Management :

Develop and monitor KPIs to track operational performance.

Benchmark performance against industry standards and best practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

Work closely with teams in operations, finance, HR, and IT to align improvement initiatives with business goals.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Training & Capability Building :

Provide training and mentorship in Lean and Six Sigma tools.

Develop local capabilities and coach teams on improvement methodologies.

Risk & Compliance Management :

Identify process risks and implement controls.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma (Green / Black Belt), PMP, or ITIL are preferred.

5+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related roles.

Skills & Competencies :

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality improvement tools.

Strategic thinking and ability to drive change.

Experience with performance measurement and benchmarking.
