Responsible for leading large-scale transformation across . including process re-engineering, SLA / KPI design, digital automation, and change management. This role drives operational excellence, standardization, and technology enablement to enhance efficiency and service performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the GBS transformation roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Establish PMO governance for all transformation programs.
- Partner with IT to deploy automation, AI, workflow tools, and process mining solutions.
- Lead enterprise-wide change management to support adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Oversee the transformation project portfolio, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Promote a continuous improvement culture and standardized operating model Extensive experience in GBS / shared services transformation.
- Strong expertise in process re-design, lean methodologies, VSM, and performance management.
- Proven track record implementing automation and digital enablement initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and governance skills.
