Job descriptionQualification : Bachelor’s degree; Lead end-to-end hiring across academic, admin, technical, and support roles. Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination with Accounts. Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Oversee performance appraisals and drive staff development initiatives. Build talent retention and engagement programs; Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT) and maintain accurate records. Lead the HR team, standardize policies across campuses, and deliver HR reports to management. 6–12 years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role. Experience managing HR across multi-branch setups (schools / educational institutions preferred). Strong grasp of HR operations, statutory compliance, and employee relations. Ability to lead and coordinate teams across multiple campuses. Excellent interpersonal and conflict-management skills. Proficient with HRIS, MS Office, and payroll systems. High standards of ethics, confidentiality, and integrity. Drive strategic HR operations across multiple educational institutions. Standardize and lead HR policies across a multi-campus ecosystem. Work directly with senior leadership on key people initiatives. Build and strengthen HR capability across the organization. High-impact role covering recruitment, payroll, ER, performance, and compliance.

Master’s in HR / MBA HRpreferred
