Role Details

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Inclusive Education Leader - Middle School to join our Learning Diversity Team. This is a pivotal 2-year leadership appointment responsible for ensuring that students with disability in the middle years receive high-quality, evidence-based adjustments that foster belonging, engagement, and deep learning.

This leadership role is offered in addition to a full-time permanent teaching position.

You'll be able to :

• Have a deep understanding of inclusive education, learning diversity, and evidence-based intervention.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration skills across teams and curriculum areas.
• Use data to inform decision-making and support measurable student growth.
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families to promote inclusion and engagement.
• Reflect the College’s Catholic identity through service, compassion, and commitment to every learner’s dignity.
