Customer Success Manager (CSM)
Experience : 6+ years
Location : Mumbai / Bangalore
Your Impact :
Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle – onboarding, adoption, retention & advocacy across your customer portfolio
Ensure customers are maximizing business value & ROI from cybersecurity solutions
Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, executive sponsors and partner ecosystem
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive solution adoption and customer satisfaction
Influence, negotiate and guide teams / customers to desired outcomes and best practices
Lead communication with both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
Operate in high-pace, complex customer environments, driving continuous value delivery and service excellence
Candidate Profile :
6+ years in customer-facing roles such as CSM, Escalations Manager, Technical Account Manager, Customer Support Manager, etc.
Strong customer-centric mindset with proven success in customer engagement and success execution
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams & managing escalations effectively
Strong ability to simplify complex topics across diverse audience tiers
Experience in Cybersecurity domain is a
strong plus
