Plan & adhere to the training calendars
Work closely with culinary team to standardize SOPs & document
Conduct internal audits to keep check on SOPs & bring operational ease
Plan & adhere to the training calendars
Responsible for improving customer ratings
Highlight deviations & rectify issues under given TAT
The incumbent must be willing and possess :
Flexible commuting to various outlets all around the city
Flexible for rotational shifts & be available at all times in case of any work emergencies
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS office, data work & documentation
Languages known : Hindi, Marathi , English
