Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and motivated Business Development Interns to join
our team on a zone-wise basis across Bengaluru. The interns will be
responsible for field-level client interactions, company promotion, and initial
business development activities. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain
hands-on exposure in sales, client management, and corporate business
development.

Growth & Career Path
o If an intern successfully books ₹12 Lakhs in 3 months, they may be
offered a role as Junior Business Development Executive with :
§ Salary : ₹25,000 per month + Allowances + 1.5% Commission
on confirmed order bookings.
§ Sales Target : ₹25 Lakhs in 3 months (during 6-month
probation).
o Post-Probation (4 months of internship + 6 months of probation) :
§ Annual Salary : ₹5 LPA + Allowances + 2.5% Commission on
confirmed order bookings.
§ Revised Sales Target : ₹50 Lakhs in 3 months.
