About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid media campaigns across YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing large-scale budgets (100K+ USD per month) and a proven track record of driving growth for D2C brands and SaaS companies .
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across YouTube Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) .
Manage and optimize monthly ad spends in excess of $100K , ensuring maximum ROI and efficient CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
Develop and execute growth strategies tailored for D2C eCommerce brands and SaaS businesses .
Conduct A / B testing across creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
Own end-to-end campaign management : from setup and tracking to reporting and optimization.
Work closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to ensure campaign success.
Monitor key performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, CVR) and proactively recommend improvements.
Stay up to date with industry trends, new ad formats, and platform algorithm changes .
Build scalable playbooks for campaign execution and optimization.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising with a strong focus on YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads .
Proven experience handling budgets of $100K+ per month .
Strong expertise in D2C eCommerce and SaaS growth marketing .
Deep understanding of media buying, attribution models, and tracking tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, etc.).
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or other reporting tools .
Strong creative testing background with the ability to guide content strategy for ads.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint is a plus.
Nice to Have
Experience scaling international campaigns across multiple geographies.
Familiarity with affiliate, influencer, and programmatic advertising .
Hands-on knowledge of automation tools and AI-driven campaign optimization .
