Job Title : Business Analyst

Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong business knowledge and a solid grasp of Scrum ceremonies. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Scrum Master and be capable of performing Product Owner responsibilities, including backlog management and stakeholder collaboration. Experience in the Automotive domain, Dealer Business, ETL processes, and Snowflake is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

• . Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• . Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• . Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals.
• . Work closely with Tech Leads and stakeholders to create and refine backlog items.
• . Facilitate backlog grooming sessions with the development team.
• . Ensure timely delivery of features by supporting sprint planning and execution.
• . Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
• . Facilitate and participate in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• . Work closely with develop team in backlog grooming and prioritization.
• . Analyze data flows and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
• . Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to solution design.
• . Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and insights to stakeholders using Snowflake and other BI tools.
