We’re Hiring : Human Resources Operations Specialist – Coimbatore

Nubis is looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Operations Specialist to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will bring strong HR operational expertise, a people-first mindset, and a passion for building a thriving workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities :

Onboarding & Orientation : Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

Employee Engagement : Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.

Policy Management : Draft, update, and enforce HR policies aligned with company values and business goals.

Performance Appraisals : Coordinate performance evaluations, goal setting, and feedback cycles.

Training & Development : Identify skill gaps and organize learning programs for employee growth.

Compliance & Documentation : Ensure adherence to labor laws, maintain accurate employee records, and manage documentation.

Conflict Resolution : Address employee grievances and mediate workplace issues to maintain a positive environment.

HR Systems Management : Maintain HR databases, HRMS platforms, and timesheet systems to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Desired Profile :

Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years of experience in HR operations, generalist roles, or people management

Strong understanding of HR processes, statutory compliance, and labor regulations

Proficiency in HRMS tools, Excel, and timesheet management

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams
