Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Azure Data & AI Delivery Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Azure Data & AI Delivery Leader to spearhead the execution of large-scale, enterprise-grade data transformation and AI initiatives on the Microsoft Azure platform. This leadership role is pivotal in driving innovation, ensuring delivery excellence, and maximizing business value for our global clients.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Azure cloud services, data engineering, and AI / ML solutions architacture, along with a proven track record in leading complex transformation programs. This role demands strong client engagement, delivery governance, and the ability to lead high-performing, cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end Azure based Data architecture delivery and AI programs, including legacy modernization and greenfield implementations.
• Provide thought leadership in Azure data architecture, AI / ML integration, and real-time analytics.
• Build and mentor a world-class team of Azure architects, data scientists, engineers, and AI specialists.
• Define and implement delivery governance, best practices, and agile methodologies for scalable Azure solutions.
• Serve as the primary client interface, aligning delivery with strategic business goals and data-driven outcomes.
• Drive continuous learning and certification across Azure, AI, and data engineering domains.
• Champion Dev Ops, CI / CD, and automation to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in Azure, generative AI, and cloud-native data platforms.
• Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, and IP to enhance delivery efficiency and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards across all Azure solutions.
• Optimize performance, cost, and resilience of Azure data and AI platforms.
