🎯 About the Role

Join our Service Team and play a key role in installation, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support for Vandewiele - Weaving machinery or Tufting machinery at customer sites.

You’ll ensure smooth machine performance, uphold service excellence, and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction across the textile manufacturing sector.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission Weaving or Tufting machinery at customer sites.
• Attend breakdowns, warranty, and AMC service calls as assigned.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedule.
• Maintain detailed service reports on work done, parts replaced, and feedback.
• Follow safety standards, SOPs, and company quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with peers and Team Lead for complex installations or escalations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, logistics, and support.
• Participate in technical training and skill upgrades.
• Share field feedback on machine performance and customer requirements.
