Role & ResponsibilitiesTo work closely with leaders to define talent strategy which will enable them to retain and attract top talent. Leveraging people analytics team within People Operations to draw data-driven insights while defining talent strategy.Collaborating with business leaders to define and execute workforce plans- that is right size, right shape and have right capabilities to compete in future. This includes driving the appropriate supply-demand conversations in collaboration with the COO organization as well as Talent Acquisition / Resource Management.Liaise with People Managers to ensure effective execution of performance management, pay for performance and career progressions initiatives. These will be done in collaboration with the relevant COE team.Sustain Culture , communication and strengthen awareness of policies, practices and firm’s Values .
