Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Frappe / ERPNext Developer to lead the customization, integration, and implementation of ERP workflows that align with our business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize ERPNext modules using the Frappe framework
Create custom scripts, forms, reports, print formats, and workflows tailored to business processes
Integrate ERPNext with third-party tools and APIs
Optimize performance, security, and scalability of ERP modules
Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Finance) to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Conduct testing, debugging, and documentation for all code developed
Maintain and upgrade existing ERPNext implementations as the business evolves
Train end-users and provide ongoing support

Requirements

Proven experience with ERPNext and Frappe Framework (minimum 1-2 live implementations preferred)

Proficient in Python, JavaScript, Jinja, and SQL

Hands-on experience with MariaDB, REST APIs, and Git

Familiarity with server-side deployment and management (bench, nginx, supervisor, etc.)

Strong understanding of business workflows (finance, inventory, sales, procurement, HR)

Problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Contribution to the ERPNext open-source community

Knowledge of custom app development on Frappe

Experience with Docker or cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, etc.)
