Job Summary :

Mind Power University is seeking a passionate and energetic Admission Counselor Trainer who can train, guide, and motivate the university’s admission counselors to achieve and exceed their admission targets. The trainer will be responsible for developing their counseling, communication, and conversion skills while ensuring every counselor stays updated with university programs, admission policies, and outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct daily training sessions (online / offline) for new and existing admission counselors.
• Provide product knowledge training for all university courses, scholarships, and admission processes.
• Train counselors on telecalling, face-to-face counseling, lead conversion, and follow-up techniques.
• Monitor counselor performance and provide individual coaching and motivation to achieve targets.
• Design and implement daily motivational sessions, role plays, and performance tracking systems.
• Create and update training materials, scripts, FAQs, and admission pitch documents.
• Coordinate with Admission Head and Marketing team for updated course and promotional information.
• Develop a monthly training and performance improvement plan for the team.
• Inspire the team to maintain high levels of enthusiasm, energy, and professionalism.
