Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Picker and Packer to join our team in Mumbai on a full-time basis. This position is open to freshers, requiring no prior work experience. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in inventory management, order fulfillment, and ensuring efficient operations within our warehouse.

Qualifications and Skills

Picker and Packer (Mandatory skill)
Basic knowledge of inventory management to track and manage stock levels effectively
Experience in order fulfillment, focusing on accurate packing and timely shipping
Understanding of supply chain optimization for efficient movement of goods
Competence in warehouse operations, including storage organization and maintenance
Logistics coordination skills to ensure smooth transport and delivery of goods
Vendor management abilities to maintain productive relationships with suppliers
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling and packing products

Roles and Responsibilities

Pick and pack products accurately and efficiently according to the order specifications

Ensure that inventory levels are updated and recorded correctly

Conduct regular stock checks to maintain accurate inventory records

Assist in the optimization of the warehouse layout for better space management

Work collaboratively with the logistics team for timely dispatch and delivery of orders

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Coordinate with vendors for the timely supply of necessary materials and goods

Comply with company policies and procedures to ensure smooth workflow
