Key Responsibilities :
HR Functions
1. Organizing and maintaining personnel records (in soft and hard versions)
2. Updating internal HR databases (staff details, leave data etc.)
3. Coordination for printing and issuance of ID cards and business cards
4. Dealing with HR vendors for insurance and recruitment
5. Managing recruitments – includes sourcing and screening CVs, arranging interviews
6. Drafting the Contracts for research team members.
7. Employee Induction
8. Exit interviews of RAs
9. Office Upkeep and Maintenance
10. Arranging meetings and managing the calendar for the VC & Director, CRDF
11. Drafting minutes of the meetings
12. Hospitality management
13. Other tasks as directed by the Head-HR.
Preferred Experience (Good to Have)
MBA (preferred in HR) from deemed university
∙5 years of experience in HR and administrative functions
∙The candidate must be excellent at MS- Office applications.
∙Positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
∙Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with fluency in
English, Hindi and Gujarati language.
∙Demonstrate high degree of integrity, confidentiality and team work.
∙Strong time management and coordination skills.
∙Ability to adapt any process changes and comfortable working with
people at all organisational levels.
