What We’re Looking For Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech / MCA (2023–2025 batch preferred) Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms Hands-on project experience (academic or personal) in any programming language — C#, JavaScript, Java, Python, or similar Curiosity to explore new technologies and adaptability to evolving stacks Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
