About the Role : We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Brand Manager to lead new product development (NPD), product scaling, and brand growth in the D2C space. The ideal candidate is not only analytical and creative but also enthusiastic about building products, exploring new markets, and embracing challenges that come with scaling consumer brands. This role requires someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, a drive to innovate, and the ability to turn insights into impactful strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead New Product Development (NPD) from concept to launch.
- Drive product scaling strategies to maximize market penetration & bring revenue to an expected scale.
- Manage product marketing launch, brand positioning, messaging, and communication across channels.
- Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and campaign performance to drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (RnD, Design, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales).
- Plan and execute digital-first D2C brand campaigns in collaboration with the sales & marketing team.
- Monitor KPIs and optimize brand performance.
Requirements :
3-5+ years of experience in Brand Management / Marketing (D2C industry preferred).Strong exposure to NPD and product scaling.Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, strategic, and execution skills.Experience in managing digital channels, social media, and performance marketing.Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.MBA / PGDM in Marketing or related field (preferred).Interest & Involvement in fitness & wellness would be a huge plus .Skills Required
