The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing information about academic programs, and assisting with application submissions. Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to prospective students regarding admission processes and requirements.
- Evaluate student applications and academic records to assess eligibility.
- Conduct informational sessions and webinars to promote the institution and its programs.
- Respond to queries from students and parents via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with academic departments to stay updated on program offerings and admission criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application statuses in the CRM system.
- Assist in organizing and participating in admission events and campus tours.
Skills and Qualifications
1-4 years of experience in student counseling or admissions in an educational institution.Strong understanding of the admissions process for various educational programs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.A bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field is preferred.Skills Required
