🔹 Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad

✨ Key Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications , or related field
• 8+ years of experience in software development with :
• 3+ years in IVR development
• 2+ years in team leadership
• Hands-on experience with IVR platforms (Twilio, M365)
• Certifications in Twilio / Cyara are a plus
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes , and CI / CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Jira, GitHub, Confluence
• Strong understanding of security and privacy standards for customer data
• Proficiency in .NET, Java, Node.js , and other scripting languages
• Excellent leadership, communication , and analytical skills
