Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

About the Role :

We are seeking a proactive and skilled QA Engineer to create, maintain, and enhance automated test suites for our customers. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless and delightful product experience. As an early member of our growing QA team, you will have the opportunity to influence testing practices, tooling, and overall quality culture.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using JavaScript and Playwright .

Execute functional, regression, and integration testing across web applications.

Investigate, debug, and reproduce issues using Chrome DevTools and related tools.

Work closely with developers, customer teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.

Manage testing activities across multiple customer accounts while staying organized and proactive.

Continuously review and improve test automation coverage, QA processes, and best practices.

Document test steps, results, and defects clearly and accurately.

Requirements :

Strong experience with JavaScript and Playwright for automated testing.

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS , and browser behavior.

Hands-on experience using browser debugging tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools).

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.

Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and resolve problems independently (e.g., through documentation and research).

Nice to Have :

Experience working with multiple client environments or SaaS platforms.

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and test execution workflows.

Knowledge of other automation frameworks or testing tools is a plus.
