What You Should Know About This Job

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in lead generation, client communication, and support the sales pipeline. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 5 years of experience to grow in the IT services industry.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.

Generate and qualify leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other tools.

Assist in creating presentations, and marketing content.

Support senior executives in maintaining client relationships.

Maintain and update CRM systems with leads and communication details.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies.

Required Skills :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Basic understanding of IT services / software development life cycle.

Comfortable using LinkedIn, Email tools, and CRM platforms.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and contributing.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

Internship or academic project experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
