Job description

Oversee conceptualization of Copy projects :

  • Create execution plans for projects and see them through to completion.
  • Ensure the Copy team and junior Copywriters are producing quality work.
  • Conceptualize original and unique scripts. Choose the right images, typography, and layouts for the project.
  • Ensure the products created are user-friendly and convey brand consistency with all projects. Coordinate between BD and Design teams to ensure smooth flow of work.
  • Stay up to date with the changing trends in the field and best practices.
  • Be responsible for building the agency’s creative reputation.
  • Prepare reports on a monthly / quarterly basis to check the development progressions of the projects.

A little bit about you…

Role :

  • Creative Director Reporting line : Executive Creative Director
  • Graduate / post-graduate with 8 – 10 years’ experience in copywriting, preferably for social media. Good at communication, strong presentation and strong portfolio of past creative projects.
  • Good command of techniques and visual elements. Good aesthetic sense, creative thinking with attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead a team in a time-bound environment.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
