Role Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and communicative professional who will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads through LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and email. The role involves initiating contact, handling inbound queries, clarifying information, maintaining communication logs, and organizing data systematically in Excel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outreach to prospects through LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and email.
- Initiate and manage conversations with potential clients, collaborators, or stakeholders.
- Respond to queries professionally and provide necessary clarifications.
- Maintain comprehensive and updated records of conversations, leads, statuses, and outcomes in Excel.
- Track and manage outreach metrics such as response rates, follow-ups, and engagement.
- Collaborate internally to understand message positioning and communication guidelines.
- Assist in drafting standard message formats and outreach templates.
- Provide weekly / monthly reports on activity and outcomes.
Required Skills :
Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram).Ability to draft professional messages and maintain an engaging tone.Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, filtering, formatting).High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Ability to follow communication scripts and maintain brand tone of voice.Self-driven personality with the ability to work both independently and in a team.Good to Have :
