About the Role

We’re hiring a Lead QA Engineer to drive the quality strategy for our web applications. You will lead a QA team, own automation frameworks, and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor QA engineers while driving quality and continuous improvement.
• Define and execute test strategies across functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Build and enhance automated test suites using Selenium / Playwright / Cypress.
• Improve automation frameworks and ensure strong CI / CD integration.
• Perform manual, exploratory, and regression testing for new features.
• Track QA metrics, ensure defect-free releases, and drive QA best practices.
• Work closely with development and product teams to define acceptance criteria.
