Key Responsibilities Physical Security
- Inspect, test, operate, and maintain fire safety equipment and systems using hand tools, hydrostatic test equipment, and monitoring devices.
- Coordinate with OE / AMC service providers for major maintenance, repair, and replacement of fire safety system parts.
- Conduct daily monitoring and preventive maintenance of fire safety equipment and systems.
- Carry out periodic testing and inspections of fire protection systems to ensure functionality and compliance.
- Assist in fire safety inspections, mock drills, and emergency response activities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor health & safety plans in compliance with statutory regulations.
- Prepare and enforce safety policies to foster a culture of health, safety, and compliance within the workplace.
- Evaluate existing processes, facilities, and practices to identify risks and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
- Conduct awareness programs, training sessions, and presentations on fire safety, accident prevention, and occupational health practices.
- Monitor compliance with safety standards, laws, and organizational policies by inspecting employees, machinery, and operations.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
- Prepare reports on safety performance, compliance status, incident statistics, and improvement initiatives.
- Recommend continuous improvements in safety systems, policies, and procedures. Qualification & Key Traits
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Fire & Safety (mandatory).
- Valid certification in Occupational Health & Safety.
- Prior experience in Fire & Safety Management;
- Strong knowledge of fire safety codes, legal health & safety guidelines, and compliance standards
