Job Description -

Pervising the day-to-day usage, operation and maintenance of the Site server Serialisation IT system.

• Contracting services from suppliers and platform owners as needed.
• Validation of IT systems and application service.
• Initiating and completing activities to ensure that IT security requirements are met for the computer system.
• Ensure that the computer system is in compliance with internal and external regulatory bodies requirements.
• Prepare user requirement specifications for system.
• Manage configuration, design and construction of computer system software.
• Manage the configuration in IT.
• Manage Test in IT.
• Manage Users of computer system.
• Manage computer system risk.
• Manager IT incidents.
• Major Incident and disaster recovery in IT.
• Maintain servers and support server patch management activities as necessary.

The purpose of the Serialisation Site Server system (SSS) is to support the serialisation and aggregation process during production at different production sites. The SSS system is used to manage serialised products acting as an interface between ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and the Serialisation Line Control (SLC) server located on a serialised Packaging Line. The SSS system acts by sending and receiving data process Order Data, Packaging Configuration Data, Serialised Product Data and Serial numbers to and from the SLC and receiving and sending data to and from ERP systems. Production, packaging and serialisation data are transferred from ERP systems to the GSP SSS system and is further distributed to the SLC server.

Serialisation and aggregation data is transferred from SLC to the SSS system and further transferred to ERP systems.
