Job descriptionSet & uphold clinical standards : Champion best-practice medicine and surgery across the companion-animal caseload. Mentor & develop others : Share knowledge, coach colleagues, and nurture a positive, learning-focused culture. Lead by example : Collaborate closely with the team and shape workflows that elevate patient outcomes and client experience. Contribute to growth : Help evolve our services and strengthen our role in the Samford community. 7+ years’ experience with solid GP skillset across medicine, surgery, and dentistry; commitment to gold-standard care and achieving strong financial outcomes. Leadership & people skills- confidence mentoring, communicating and fostering teamwork. Community mindset with a collaborative, can-do approach. Full Australian Veterinary Registration Salary : $160,000–$180,000 per annum (FTE) + Super, Leadership bonus incentives $10,000 sign-on bonus. Generous CPD allowance + 1 week CE leave; leadership development support. Paid parental leave and volunteer leave. VSB registration paid $1,000 towards memberships or subscriptions; discounts on retail, travel and services.
